... back at work since today, time was running too fast, especially the last four weeks were speeding like a racing car... But every second of those last 80 days where pure enjoyment. nothing could stop my great mood, no storm or rain or closed trail. The journey created a mindset of complete happiness and satisfaction. " for a happy person the sun always shines "  I found this sign on my hiking path and it is so true... and not only that the sun is always shining, I have a great silence and stability in me now. I feel balanced and in peace with myself.  Let´s go back into the mountains together... This was the journey:   Each green dot is a track I recorded day by day.  It started a bit South East of Vienna, taking me from there more and more into West and South of Austria. Day 8 - 15 some update to day 15 ...

nature is beautiful Weather in the Alps... some good marking of the trail made it a great experience  10 min's to reach destination, those signs you start lovin' after all the meters up the mountain Back on a network connection . Not sure if I'm happy or not about this but not being connected to a network in the middle of the mountains gives you an interesting new feeling. You are just on your own. Anyway... Day 8: Graf Meran Haus to Voisthaler hut. The hut was not to stay... the atmosphere in  the hut was as the weather. all we got for breakfast was marmalade and some bread but better than nothing so we started the day.  it was storm wind and rain outside and tried to make our hike down back into the valley it took us a while to go below the clouds but then it cleared up more and more and the second half of the day ended up with a great hike to Voisthaler hut. The hike up was enjoyable lots of nature and animals around     Wild Capricorns near Voisthaler...

What happened until August

  So what happened the last days or  I better have to say last week‘s? again sorry that I did not write more but I just don’t have the time. I know it sounds not believable but it’s so enjoying not to sit in front of those mobile phones and stuff and just enjoy nature enjoy the view enjoy sitting enjoy watching enjoy walking enjoy not doing anything at all…. it’s just fantastic. Maybe I should just let    the pictures speak but I think I do that also on Instagram so if you follow me (#markusontheway ) mp.trekking  You have    seen a couple of things… So, what to say or maybe to write… It is definitely a very very amazing journey.   I enjoy these mountains so much… and  When I am down in the valleys I like it for a few moments because you can buy fresh bread or some baggels, or some other stuff. you enjoy your room with a shower and with some normality as most people would say.
